Foreign ministers of Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia visited Irpin

On May 6, a delegation of the Foreign Ministers of the Baltic States visited the Kyiv region.

The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Latvia Edgars Rinkēvičs, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Lithuania Gabrielius Landsbergis, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Estonia Eva-Maria Liimets visited Irpin where the Russian invaders shelled the residential areas of the city.

The Head of the Kyiv Regional Military Administration Oleksandr Pavliuk and the superviserof the Kyiv region humanitarian direction Oleksii Kuleba told the delegation about the fighting in the city, the liberation of Irpin and their plans for its restoration.

“The city of Irpin has been seriously affected by the actions of occupiers. The invaders purposefully shot down residential buildings and destroyed infrastructure. The whole world should know about their crimes. We are currently in the process of restoring everything. The electricity and water have already been restored in the city. The process of gas restoring is underway where it is possible. People really want to go back. And we are doing everything to make the city safe and comfortable,” said the Head of the Kyiv Regional Military Administration.

Worth noting that about 120 architects and designers from all over Ukraine visited Irpin yesterday to join the city’s reconstruction.
